"Surprisingly Fun Spy Profile"
I got my spy profile it was fun, like, I wasn’t expecting much, but then I started reading it and kind of got into it halfway through. It felt playful and made me laugh a bit, so yeah, definitely a fun little experience.

"Great Low-Key Date Spot"
My partner and I went here for a date, it was a really fun time. It didn’t feel overly kid-focused, which was nice, and there was enough to do that we never got bored. It’s the kind of place that just makes sense for a casual date—you can hang out, laugh, talk easily, and not feel like you have to overplan anything.

"Felt like I stepped into a spy movie"
The whole vibe was really cool and kind of made me feel like I was in a spy movie. Super fun atmosphere overall. It was a little crowded when I went, but still a great experience.

"We ended up spending about 2 hours..."
We ended up spending about 2 hours at Spyscape, which was longer than I expected, but it was a fun experience overall. Some sections were definitely more interesting than others, and the missions kept us busy the whole time. It felt a little pricey for what it was, and the waiting around in a few spots was avoidable, but it was still a good way to spend an afternoon in NYC.

"Super easy to get there"
We stopped by Spyscape while we were staying in Midtown, the location was probably one of the biggest wins. We were near Times Square and just walked over without needing to deal with a cab or anything.

It also seemed close to a few subway options, so getting out afterward was easy enough too. I’m not great with NYC directions, but this felt simple.

Always nice when something in the city doesn’t turn into a whole travel project. I’d probably go again, if only because it was so easy to work into the day

"Easy booking with no weird surprises"
I booked my tickets on spyscape in just a few minutes, and it was straightforward. I tend to notice patterns when websites make things harder than they need to be, but this one kept the steps simple: pick the date, choose the time, pay, done. The available dates and times were easy to understand, and the payment went through without any issues. No hassle, which I always appreciate.

"I went on a weekend and thought it…"
I went on a weekend and thought it was going to be packed, but it actually moved along really well. We didn’t have to wait long for each section, and it never felt too crowded. It made the whole visit way more relaxed than I expected

"Better than I expected"
I ordered a spy kit as a gift from this shop, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But it showed up quickly and was packed nicely. My nephew ended up really loving it, so I guess it was a win. Checkout was simple too, which was a nice bonus.

"Fun family day, but a little apology would’ve helped"
I went with my kids and we all had a good time. A few parts genuinely made us laugh, it wasn’t too crowded, and most of the staff were really sweet with my younger one. The only thing is there was a small issue during the visit that felt like it got brushed off, i was kind of expecting a quick apology. Still, overall it was a nice family day out.

"I went with my work team and it..."
I went with my work team and it was a good time. The spy challenges got pretty much everyone chatting and working together, and even the quieter people seemed to get into it after a bit. A few parts felt a little rushed, maybe because it was fairly busy, so it wasn’t totally perfect. But overall, it was a solid choice for a group activity. I’d probably do it again, maybe with a slightly smaller team next time...

"I had a fun time at Spyscape overall…"
I had a fun time at Spyscape overall, but I wouldn’t say it felt as spotless as the slick marketing makes it sound. Some parts were clean and clearly taken care of, but a few of the screens and touch points felt kind of grimy, which stood out since you’re using them a lot. The bathrooms were fine, not gross or anything, just not exactly fresh. Nothing ruined the visit, but for the price, I expected the upkeep to match the polished company vibe a bit more

"Fun time, even with a little post-payment worry"
It ended up being worth the ticket. I had a really fun time. I was a bit unsure after I paid, like maybe I’d made a mistake or it wouldn’t live up to it, but once I got there, I relaxed and enjoyed it

"Pretty interesting, but a little short"
I mean, I did learn some cool spy history, and there were definitely parts that kept my attention. But, a few sections felt kind of short for what I paid. Overall though, it wasn’t bad and I’m glad I checked it out.

"Pretty decent visit, but getting around could be easier"
Overall, it was a fine visit. The staff were really helpful with the elevator, which I appreciated. But the signs were a bit confusing, and there definitely wasn’t much seating around, so that part was kind of frustrating.

"Got a little turned around"
As someone who usually has a good sense of direction, I was surprised that I got lost for a bit. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did make the experience a little more confusing than I expected.

"Decent visit, staff was helpful"
I went to Spyscape last weekend and the staff was nice enough. The person at the front were friendly and explained how everything worked without making us feel rushed. A couple of people inside was helpful too when we got a bit confused, so no real complaints about the staff. The place itself was okay, not amazing for the price, but the staff made the experience a bit better. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Fun place for pics"
Went mostly for the spy stuff, but like I said, the photo spots ended up being cool too. The lighting was decent, and we got some funny pictures out of it. It was a bit busy, but like I said, still a fun stop overall.

"I had to cancel because I’d booked the..."
I had to cancel because I’d booked the wrong date. I emailed them and they replied quickly, then got the refund sorted without loads of back and forth. i thought it’d be way more annoying, so fair play to them

"Fun and different, but a little clunky"
The interactive parts were mostly fun and sorta different, which I liked, but a few things didn’t work as smoothly as I expected when I went. Some of the screens took a while or were a little confusing to figure out. I still enjoyed the spy tests and it was definitely something new to do, but for the price, I sorta expected the exhibits to feel more polished

It was fun enough for a bit, lol, but it felt a little overpriced for what it was.
